Believe the truth.
There is always a way through.

Dear Friend,
If you are struggling with mental illness, I want to encourage you to stay connected to supports and perhaps seek out new ones. Talk to friends and keep the conversation going. Also consider talking to your medical doctor, a counselor or the help in the shape you need. Healthy churches can be a life line as there are opportunities to find support in small groups. Getting connected can be challenging when feeling unwell but the rewards are worth it. You may just find that in time you can help others.
Below are some helplines for New Zealand. Seek out those in your area if you could do with someone to talk to. Reach out today.
